Refund policy

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Items with a defect or damage can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please email egiftshop@yerkesobservatory.org to request a refund/exchange and provide a description of the issue along with photos of the product. All shipping charges on returned items are non-refundable if not due to an error on our part. Note that we have a small but mighty staff who will work as expeditiously as possible to resolve any issues. 

Note that some of our Items are Print on Demand Products and cannot be returned of exchanged given their custom nature. See more information in the Print On Demand Policy below.

Print on Demand Items Return Policy

We have opted to provide various items with print-on-demand production. We can only accommodate returns/exchanges in cases of our own defects or damage. If an issue with production exists, we will assist with an exchange.
